Set the alarm 20 minutes earlier or you will be late. Jellick is changing the start time to 8:25 for the 2013-14 school year. For the past several years, Jellick has been one of the latest starting schools in the district. This was an inconvenience for many of our working families, and starting earlier will help them get to work on time.
To ensure as many people know about the start time as possible, Jellick has posted the start times on their Marquee, posted on Facebook (facebook.com/JellickElementary), and even put it up on Twitter (Jellick_RUSD). They will also make phone calls throughout the month of July. So prepare your children now for an earlier start for the year.
Jellick does offer after school care.
