Mrs. Phelan - 2nd Grade

HI! I am excited to start this school year with you and your student. I have been teaching for RUSD for 27 years. I have taught Kindergarten, First and Second grades. I am a wife and a mom also. Mr. Phelan and I have 2 sons; one is a 7th grade Alvarado Matador and the other is a college student. We have 2 pugs, named Priya and Phoebe. I look forward to learning more about you and your student.
